Axso is looking for its new administrative deputy! The incumbent will form a team of two deputy for Axso's operations team.

Job summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the administrative assistant's main responsibility will be to free up the department's administrative workload and improve the monitoring tools already in place. The incumbent will also be responsible for following up customer requests between sales and operations.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Support the management team in its day-to-day activities;
  • Manage mailings, label printing and Eddie box preparation and configuration (our product);
  • Greet customers visiting the office;
  • Supervise and coordinate office procedures;
  • Study, evaluate and implement new work methods;
  • Send estimates to customers and create web portal;
  • Organize travel and make necessary reservations;
  • Write documentation and presentations;
  • Produce membership cards;
  • Answer the phone and participate in customer service;
  • Participate in the drafting and revision of contracts and supporting documents;
  • All other related tasks.

Job requirements

  • DEP administrative assistant or DEC;
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience;
  • Good command of the Office suite;
  • Proficiency with computer tools (CRM);
  • Good command of the French language (spoken and written);
  • Good command of English will be strongly considered.
