AXSO provides an EV charging management platform, including station management software, mobile applications, and inter-network interoperability services.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities performed under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

Use our services in compliance with applicable laws
Not attempt to compromise the security of our platform
Not use our services for fraudulent purposes
Provide accurate and up-to-date information

5. Payments and Billing

Fees for using our services are detailed in your service contract. Payments are due according to the agreed terms. Late payments may result in additional charges or suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the AXSO platform, including software, trademarks, and content, remain the property of AXSO Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

AXSO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the last 12 months.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% availability (SLA). However, interruptions may occur for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in advance of planned maintenance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract according to the terms provided in the service agreement. Upon termination, you retain access to your data for 30 days to allow for export.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Montreal.
